Starting June 13, Aeromexico will increase its flights to Paris, Madrid and Amsterdam, representing an 83% increase in flights to Europe.

The airline will offer 90 thousand seats to Spain during the summer, which means an 84% increase in its capacity. For Paris and Amsterdam, the airline will increase its offer of more than 40 thousand seats to each destination, a growth of more than 70%.

The increase in flights is directly related to the new updates that the European Union announced regarding entry requirements for foreigners.

Spain: Opened its doors to foreigners since June 7. The only requirement established by the corresponding authority is:

*A vaccination certificate attesting the application of vaccines accepted by the European Union, such as: Moderna, Pfizer-Biontech, Astra-Zeneca, Jansen/Johnson&Johnson, Sinovac and Sinopharm. Travel may only take place 14 days after the date of vaccination.

France: Changed its restrictions and as of this past Tuesday foreigners traveling to France will be accepted as long as they comply with the following:

*Present PCR test taken maximum 72 hours before the flight or antigen test 48 hours before boarding.

*Certificate of vaccination and may travel after 14 days from the date of administration of the last dose. For single-dose vaccines, they will allow entry 4 weeks after administration.

The accepted vaccines are Moderna, Pfizer-Biontech, Astra-Zeneca and Jansen / Johnson&Johnson.

Amsterdam: Maintains entry restrictions for Mexicans, with certain exceptions. These details and the aforementioned measures can be consulted here.
