Starting this Monday, September 6, Peru allows the entry of vaccinated travelers, without the need for quarantine. The measure is for both nationals and foreigners entering the country, regardless of the country of origin.

It should be noted that the only restriction remains on passengers who have transited through South Africa in the last 14 days.
According to Peruvian authorities, a PCR test must be performed up to 72 hours in advance, if they are not protected with the two doses of vaccine. The Official Gazette did not specify which vaccines are accepted, although it is possible that the same policy as in other countries will be followed.
