“We work every day to improve the travel experience of our passengers and these awards show us that we are on the right track. The World Travel Awards seek to promote the global tourism industry, rewarding the excellence and diversity of its offerings. Its first version was in 1993 and today they are recognized as a seal of quality in the services and experiences associated with the sector.

These awards are in addition to those received from Skytrax, which highlighted LATAM’s health and safety standards, and from the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), in conjunction with the specialized site SimpliFlying, which awarded the group the “Diamond” category, one of the highest in the APEX Health Safety standard.
