Finnair is expanding its U.S. network and announces the opening of flights from Helsinki to Seattle as of June 1, 2022.
Next summer season, the airline will operate three weekly flights to Seattle on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on Airbus A330-300 aircraft.

Finnair also continues to expand its U.S. presence with the continuation of direct flights to New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport and Los Angeles International Airport from Stockholm, Sweden, during the summer season. Starting May 1, 2022, the airline will increase frequencies on these connections, to fly from Stockholm to New York daily, and to Los Angeles four times a week.
“We are delighted to offer more connections between the U.S. and Northern Europe,” says Finnair’s Chief Commercial Officer Ole Orvér, “Seattle is a fantastic destination for leisure travelers who enjoy the vibrant city life and beautiful nature.”
In the summer of 2022, Finnair will also fly from Helsinki to Dallas, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.
