Viva announced on Tuesday the opening of a new international route connecting Medellin (Colombia) and Sao Paulo (Brazil) starting on June 22.
Flights will depart Medellin at 19:53 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, landing in Sao Paulo at 04:25. From Governador André Franco Montoro Airport they will take off at 05:25 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, arriving at José María Córdova at 09:41.

Tickets are already on sale with launch prices starting at US$179 round trip.
“Continuing with the airline’s growth in international flights, we are announcing a new route, Viva’s longest, which has to do with the company’s new airplanes that allow flying longer distances. This will allow both Brazilians and Colombians the possibility of traveling between both countries at low cost, an option that no one has yet and Viva does,” said Felix Antelo, CEO of Grupo Viva.
