Aerolineas Argentinas announces new route between Bariloche and Sao Paulo

Aerolíneas Argentinas announced a new route that will connect the cities of Bariloche and Sao Paulo starting next winter season. These flights expand the offer that the company has been deploying in Brazil, with the aim of boosting inbound tourism in the country.

Aerolineas Argentinas resumes flights to Rome starting in June.

The airline informed that this new route will have 4 weekly frequencies and will start operating in July.

The company currently operates 21 weekly frequencies to and from Sao Paulo, 14 weekly to Rio de Janeiro, 3 weekly to Salvador de Bahia, 3 weekly between Cordoba and Rio de Janeiro.

“The Brazilian market is very important for the company, we have a strategic plan so that travelers from the neighboring country can discover every corner of our country with Aerolíneas Argentinas. This new route from Bariloche to Sao Paulo means continuing to expand our offer and, undoubtedly, a very important engine to boost tourism in our Patagonia,” said Pablo Ceriani, president of Aerolíneas Argentinas.

Flights from Brazil to Aeroparque will have a direct connection with the company’s entire domestic flight network thanks to the regionalization of the metropolitan airport carried out during 2021.

It is also important to highlight that, with the new routes, Brazilian tourists will be able to have a direct flight from Sao Paulo to Bariloche or Salta in the north-south of the country.
