Aeromexico Began Operations in Tegucigalpa (Honduras)

This Thursday Aeromexico celebrated its first flight on the Mexico City – Tegucigalpa route, in the presence of Honduran Government authorities, representatives of the Mexican Embassy in the country, as well as executives from Palmerola Airport and the airline.

The airline will operate the route three times a week in Embraer 190 aircraft. These flights are in addition to the 10 flights currently operated to San Pedro Sula from Mexico City, for a total of 13 weekly operations to Honduras.

With the addition of this new route, Aeromexico will be operating more than 50 weekly flights from Mexico City to the main destinations in Central America: Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Costa Rica.
