Iberojet, the airline of Ávoris Corporación Empresarial, has signed an interline agreement which, as from May 2, will enable it to connect its flights with Air Europa’s domestic and European travel network, thus increasing the number of combinations between flights and offering a more comfortable and quality service for its passengers.
Thanks to this agreement, Iberojet will offer its flights with the entire route issued on a single ticket and checked baggage from origin to final destination, Punta Cana, Cancun, Havana, Varadero, San Jose (Costa Rica) Los Cabos (Mexico) and Mauritius, from and to 13 destinations in Spain and another 11 European destinations operated by Air Europa.
→ Air Europa Resumed Flights to Tunis and Marrakech.
In addition, in order to offer a higher quality and more convenient service to its passengers, from May 2nd Iberojet will move its operations to Terminal 1 of Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport, thus reducing waiting times on connecting flights with Air Europa.
Iberojet’s airline counters will be located in the departures hall of Terminal 1 (second floor) in the same way as its commercial office.
In addition, in order to improve the service on its flights and linked to this agreement, Iberojet has modified the timetable of some routes, with the aim of optimizing connections with Air Europa flights. One of the flights undergoing these changes is the Havana flight, which, as from May, will depart 3 hours later than the current time, in order to be able to connect the outward and return journeys.
“This agreement signed with Air Europa is very good news for Iberojet. One of the fundamental pillars since the creation of the airline has been to offer a comfortable experience for the traveler, in which our customers have no worries during the journey to their destination. This new agreement, which increases our connection options with flights from Spain and Europe to our destinations in the Caribbean, Pacific and Indian Ocean, will make our travelers’ experience even more pleasant and comfortable,” commented Paul Verhagen, Iberojet’s deputy general manager.
