LATAM Airlines Group and its subsidiaries in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and the United States notified the Court in the United States that it has extended the Solicitation Period of its Plan of Reorganization for the bonds issued in Chile and registered in the Securities Registry Nos. 862 and 921 of 2017 and 2018, respectively, until May 6, 2022. Such modification responds to the internal processes and voting times required by the holders of such bonds.

Except for the aforementioned extension, the May 2, 2022 deadline established by the Court for the vote solicitation process remains in effect.
It should be recalled that last March LATAM obtained the confirmation of its Disclosure Statement by the Court in the United States. In the resolution, it was established that the background information provided by LATAM to the process was sufficient to be able to initiate the vote on the Plan submitted to the Court on November 26, 2021.
