As part of LATAM Airlines‘ commitment to connectivity in the region, as of April 3 it reactivated its direct route between Lima and Cartagena de Indias with its 3 weekly frequencies.
“From LATAM Airlines we have always said that we take care that dreams go further. This time, flight LA2448 that will take you en route to the mythical walled city of Cartagena de Indias will not only do this, but will boost the hopes of hundreds of LATAM collaborators who have been working for several months for this route to become active again. All this as part of the commitment we have as an organization, with the revival of tourism, trade promotion and connectivity in the region,” said Cristina Gil de Melo, sales manager of LATAM Airlines Peru.
With the reactivation of this route, a total of 5 destinations will make up the portfolio of flights to Colombia from Peru: Medellin, Bogota, Barranquilla, San Andres Island and now Cartagena de Indias.
This route is in addition to the recent reactivation of flights between Lima and Rio de Janeiro, which began operating again on March 29.
