Royal Air Maroc resumed Casablanca-Miami route

Morocco’s national carrier Royal Air Maroc (RAM) resumed its Casablanca-Miami route on April 10. The only non-stop service between Africa and Florida is back after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic.

The route, which operates twice weekly on 302-passenger Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, will increase to three weekly frequencies starting May 15.

EU Adds 21 Russian Airlines to its Blacklist of Airline Companies.

RAM first launched the Casablanca-Miami route in April 2019, giving Miami its first passenger flights to Africa since 2000.

Casablanca thus becomes the 94th international destination with non-stop service from Miami.
