Due to the provisions of the competent authorities to restrict operations at the airport of the city of Juliaca (Peru), the airline SKY reported that it was forced to cancel its flights to and from this destination from Sunday, May 22 to Sunday, May 29.

Likewise, in order to assist passengers affected by this provision, the airline enabled a Passenger Protection Plan, through which impacted travelers will be able to choose among the following options:
- Change of flight date without any penalty or fare difference.
- Refund in voucher for 100% of the value of the reservation of the flights not flown, to purchase tickets or additional tickets on the route and at the time of your preference, up to 12 months after your original flight.
