The Spanish Iberia continues to incorporate pilots into its workforce. A few days ago the airline announced the incorporation in July of the first 20 pilots from its Iberia Cadets program, and now it has opened a job call for newly hired pilots, with no closing date.
It is an open call, to which any candidate who meets the requirements can apply. It is the first citation issued by the company for this group after the pandemic.

The selection tests will be carried out in different groups and in a staggered manner depending on the needs of the company and until the call closes. It is essential that the candidate meets all the requirements before he is summoned to take the first selection test.

- Minimum level of studies: Approved university entrance exam or completed studies that allow access to the university.
- Minimum qualification: ATPL(A) frozen EASA part FCL and MCC.

- Certificate of linguistic competence in English, minimum level 4, and Spanish level 5.
- Right to work in the European Union and passport without restrictions.
- Criminal record.
