LATAM resumes flights between São Paulo and Boston
LATAM Airlines resumes this Sunday its flights between São Paulo/Guarulhos and Boston. With this route, the airline completes the return to all its direct destinations between Brazil and the United States that were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic: New York, Miami, Orlando and Boston.
The route will operate three weekly frequencies in Boeing 787-9 aircraft with capacity for 300 passengers (30 in Premium Business, 57 in Economy+ and 213 in Economy).

In November, LATAM is expected to operate up to 192 flights between Brazil and the United States, representing a 305% increase in its seat supply between the two countries compared to the same month in 2021. In addition to the opening of São Paulo-Boston, growth will be driven by the operations of the Fortaleza-Miami and São Paulo-Orlando routes and by the expansion of São Paulo-Miami (from 3 to 10 weekly flights) and São Paulo-New York (from 3 to 7 weekly flights).
For Aline Mafra, LATAM Brazil’s Sales and Marketing Director, the company has made progress in a sustainable recovery of the international market, after achieving operational efficiency and strengthening its domestic operations. “Our strength has always been connecting Brazil to the world, directly reaching up to 26 international destinations. Boston is already our 21st resumed overseas destination and we have announced the return of direct flights to Johannesburg from July 2023.”
