Canadian airline Swoop resumed service Friday between Hamilton John C. Munro International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (Florida).
The route will operate two weekly frequencies (Monday and Friday) on Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.

“As Canada’s leading ultra-low fare airline, we are delighted to expand our routes from Hamilton with the flight to Fort Lauderdale,” said Bob Cummings, President of Swoop.
This winter, Swoop will operate non-stop flights to eight sun destinations from Hamilton: Fort Lauderdale, Cancun, Las Vegas, Orlando, Puerto Vallarta, St. Pete-Clearwater, Punta Cana (starting January 11) and Montego Bay (starting January 28).
