Volaris Costa Rica announced Thursday the expansion of its operations from San José to the United States starting in July.
Starting July 10, the airline will fly from San Jose, Costa Rica to Los Angeles with a stopover in Guatemala City three times a week (Monday, Thursday and Saturday).

It will also operate four weekly frequencies between San José, Costa Rica and New York with a stopover in San Salvador starting July 11.
“This expansion of frequencies responds to the growing demand for travel between Costa Rica and the United States, and is part of Volaris’ growth strategy,” commented Ronny Rodríguez, the airline’s director of Corporate Development.
