LATAM Airlines Group was distinguished by its own customers in the categories “Best Seat Comfort in South America” and “Best Catering in South America” at the APEX Passenger Choice Awards 2023. For the second consecutive year, users voted and highlighted the airlines’ efforts to take care of passenger service attributes.

“We are very pleased to receive these awards, which are the result of the effort and dedication of our teams who are concerned daily with improving the travel experience of our customers,” said Estela Espinoza, Senior Travel Experience Manager, LATAM Airlines Group. “This award commits us to continue improving our service and elevating the experience on each of our flights”.
APEX gathered anonymous passenger opinions based on neutral third-party reviews. For the 2023 awards, nearly one million flights were rated by passengers from more than 600 airlines worldwide using a scale of up to five stars. Passengers made anonymous ratings in five subcategories: Seat Comfort, Cabin Service, Catering, In-flight Entertainment and Wi-Fi.
