Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport has installed a new rest area for passengers traveling through Terminal T1.
The new space consists of long winding benches made of sustainable materials. In addition, trees made of the same material have been installed to give the sensation of being outdoors.

This area has a capacity for 188 people and is in addition to the existing rest area in the same terminal.
In this way, Aena is increasing this service with the aim of continuing to improve the passenger experience during their passage through the facilities, making the airport a friendlier and more comfortable place for all users.
