Colombian airline Easyfly will change its name and image starting in August, according to Caracol Radio.

The changes are apparently due to a lawsuit filed several years ago by the English holding company Easy Group, owner of the EasyJet airline, alleging trademark misappropriation of the word “Easy”.

Although the airline claims that its name is an acronym of its corporate name: Empresa Aérea de Servicios y Facilitación Logística Integral S.A., a trademark registered, used and protected in Colombia since 2006, the lawsuit went to court in London, where no financial penalty would have been imposed, but a change of name would have been ordered.

Sources confirmed to this media outlet that as of August the airline will start operating under the name CLICK.

This name change does not affect the airline’s operation.
