Ryanair recorded record passenger traffic of 17.4 million in June, its highest ever for a single month and a 9% increase over the previous year, the low-cost airline said Tuesday.
The previous traffic record of 17 million was set in May 2023.

The Irish airline, Europe’s largest by passengers carried, reported that it canceled more than 900 flights, affecting some 160,000 customers, mainly due to air traffic control strikes last month.
Its occupancy level in June was 95%, unchanged from the same month last year.
