Spanish airline Iberia announced this Friday that it has just opened a new call for future Cabin Crew (TCP) on its employment website. Interested applicants have until March 31, 2024 to Apply.

Basic requirements
- Minimum education: Baccalaureate or equivalent. In the case of studies carried out in a non-European Union country, to have them approved by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training.
- Regulated Flight Attendant training.
- Previous flight experience of at least 300 hours
- Fluency in Spanish and level B2 English
- Minimum height of 164 cm
- Nationality of an EU member country or with valid documentation to work in Spain (valid residence and work permit).
- Passport that allows free and unrestricted international movement of the crew member
- No criminal record
After the incorporation of 621 Cabin Crewmembers in 2023, this call comes to meet the demand for these professional profiles for 2024.

Coinciding with this call, Iberia has redesigned its job portal, creating a more user-friendly and intuitive page.
