Colombian airline Clic announced the start of operations of the Medellín-Santa Marta route as of February 15, 2024.

The route will operate with three weekly frequencies (Thursday, Sunday and Monday) in ATR aircraft.

Travelers using the Olaya Herrera Airport in Medellin find benefits thanks to the location of this air terminal that facilitates departure and arrival in the same city, the practicality at the time of boarding and disembarking and the optimization of time management.

Colombia recorded historic air passenger mobilization in 2023

“The integration of Santa Marta, to Clic’s route network, ratifies one of the airline’s 2024 objectives of connecting the center of the country with the Colombian Caribbean, which from Olaya Herrera airport has as destinations: Valledupar, Montería, Tolú/Coveñas, Corozal, Cartagena, Barranquilla and now Santa Marta,” the airline said in its press release.

Travelers who want to fly to destinations operated by the airline, when purchasing their ticket, can carry at no additional cost, a cabin baggage of 5 kg and hold baggage of up to 15 kg.
