PLAY Airline has launched ticket sales for its flights between Reykjavik and Vilnius, Lithuania, which will begin on May 25, 2024.
The route will operate one flight per week on Saturdays during the summer months.
”It’s no secret that Iceland and Lithuania have had a long-distance love affair for over thirty years, or since Iceland supported the Baltic independence. That is why we are so happy to be able to offer the residents of Vilnius our flights to Iceland“, says PLAY’s CEO, Birgir Jónsson.
PLAY offers flights between Europe and North America (Baltimore, Boston, New York and Washington DC, Toronto) with Iceland as a hub, and allows passengers the option to book a stopover on the island for up to 10 days at no additional cost before continuing their journey.
