The candidates chosen after a rigorous selection process will benefit from a full 24-month training programme entirely paid for by Air France and provided by the airline’s partner schools. At the end of the training, they will start their careers as First Officers on Air France’s Airbus A220 and A320 aircraft and on Transavia’s Boeing B737 and Airbus A320neo aircraft.
