Flybondi increases its flights for the austral winter season

This winter season, Flybondi airline is strengthening its connectivity in southern Argentina by increasing its flights to Bariloche, Ushuaia and El Calafate, as well as its services to Brazil.

In total, the low cost carrier will operate more than 260 weekly flights between its 16 domestic, 5 interprovincial and 3 international routes in Brazil.

Domestic routes

Buenos Aires – Bariloche will increase from 27 to 37 weekly flights. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays it will have 6 daily flights; and on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays it will have 5 daily flights.

Buenos Aires-Ushuaia will have 11 weekly flights: 2 daily flights on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 1 daily flight on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Aerolineas Argentinas, SKY Airline announce interline agreement

The Buenos Aires-El Calafate route will increase from 4 weekly flights to 1 daily flight and the Bariloche-Córdoba route will increase from 3 weekly flights to 1 daily flight.

In addition, as from August 2, the airline will start flights on the Ushuaia-El Calafate route, the company’s fifth interprovincial route, which will operate four weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

International routes

Flybondi will have 17 weekly flights to Rio de Janeiro. On Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays with three daily flights; and on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with 2 daily flights. São Paulo will have one daily flight and Florianópolis will have two weekly flights on Wednesdays and Sundays.

“For this winter season, July is one of the most chosen months by our passengers and represents 23% of the bookings, very similar to last year,” said Federico Pastori, Chief Commercial Officer of Flybondi and then added: “The most chosen destinations are Bariloche, Ushuaia and Rio de Janeiro, but we also noticed a great interest in destinations in the north, Mesopotamia and the center of the country”.
