Porter Airlines announces two new routes to Las Vegas from Ottawa and Montreal

Porter Airlines announced Tuesday two new seasonal winter routes connecting eastern Canada to Las Vegas, responding to growing demand for travel to the world’s premier leisure destination.

Beginning November 1, Porter will offer nonstop flights between Ottawa and Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport four times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday), making it the only airline to operate the route.

Service between Montréal-Trudeau and Las Vegas will begin on November 2, with flights three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday).

The new routes will be operated on Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, which have a single-class capacity of 132 passengers in a 2-2 configuration, with no intermediate seats.

The airline will offer free WiFi on these flights for all passengers and includes a selection of snacks, beer and wine.For priority check-in, extra legroom seating, premium pre-mixed cocktails and fresh, healthy meals are available with PorterReserve all-inclusive fares or purchased a la carte with PorterClassic fares.

These new services will complement Porter’s twice-daily flights to Las Vegas from Toronto-Pearson.
