For the second consecutive year, the LATAM Pass frequent flyer program was recognized at the Frequent Traveler Awards (FTA) as the “Airline loyalty program of the year” among 300 programs and, for the first time, was recognized with the “Best earning and redemption ability”.
The FTAs are the only loyalty-focused travel awards in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific regions, and are voted on by the airlines’ frequent flyers themselves. In its 2024 version, more than three million customers from 186 countries voted.

“These recognitions demonstrate the value that program members see and motivate us to continue improving and expanding the benefits to more people, to give them the best flight experience and new alternatives to redeem their miles, so that members can interact on a daily basis with the LATAM Pass ecosystem,” says Cristián Ortiz, CEO of LATAM Pass.
A PROGRAM WITH A LONG HISTORY
