American Airlines resumes flights between Miami and La Romana
American Airlines resumed flights between Miami and La Romana (Dominican Republic) on Thursday, further strengthening the airline’s network in the Caribbean and Latin America.
The route will have one daily flight operated by Airbus A319 aircraft with capacity for 128 passengers: 8 in Business Class and 120 in Economy.

Flights will depart Miami at 10:37 a.m., arriving in La Romana at 2:20 p.m. (local time). From the Dominican Republic they will take off at 15:17, landing in South Florida at 16:55 (local time).
American Airlines regional manager, Oliver Bojos, highlighted the importance of the reopening of this route for the airline, as this daily flight strengthens its presence with more than five destinations throughout the country. “We are proud to be able to continue to grow in the Dominican Republic through our much anticipated return to La Romana.”
