SWISS orders five more Airbus A350s

SWISS announced Friday that it has ordered five additional Airbus A350-900 aircraft. With this new order, the airline will receive a total of 10 A350s.

These aircraft, which will replace the Airbus A340s, will be gradually integrated into the company’s fleet between the summer of 2025 and the end of 2031, and will feature the new “SWISS Senses” cabin interior.

“Our new Airbus A350s will make our fleet even more modern,” says SWISS CEO Jens Fehlinger. “This is a major investment, and a vital one to ensure that we continue to meet our customers’ high expectations”.

With their new ‘SWISS Senses’ cabin interior, SWISS’s Airbus A350s will take its customers’ air travel experience to a totally new level, offering outstanding comfort and the very latest cabin features in all classes of travel.

SWISS will be finalizing which routes its new Airbus A350s will serve over the next few months.
