Spanish airline Volotea announced Tuesday a new route that will operate exclusively between the city of Alicante and Bordeaux (France) from May 31, 2025.
For this new connection, Volotea plans to offer more than 18,300 seats distributed over approximately 102 flights. The route will have two weekly frequencies, on Tuesdays and Fridays, while in the months of July and August will increase the frequency to three weekly flights, with flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays to adapt to the increased demand of the summer season.

This new route is in addition to the five already operated by the airline from Alicante to Asturias, Bilbao, Lyon, Nantes and Luxembourg.
