The Brazilian airline GOL has temporarily suspended ticket sales for its new route between Brasilia and Caracas (Venezuela), with a stopover in Bogotá, according to the airline’s website.
When contacted via email by Aviación al Día to inquire about the reasons for this decision, the airline stated that the suspension is due to adjustments in its network and that this does not alter the company’s plans to fly to Caracas. GOL also indicated that the new schedules and operational dates will be communicated in a timely manner.
It is worth recalling that in mid-January, GOL began selling tickets for this new route, which was set to commence operations on March 31, 2025, marking the airline’s return to Venezuela after almost 9 years.
