LATAM Airlines Brazil announced a significant expansion of its international flights, with a 43% increase in routes to Europe and the United States. This expansion is primarily scheduled between July and October 2025 and represents a key enhancement in the country’s connectivity to five strategic destinations: Barcelona, Madrid, Rome, Milan, and Orlando.

Starting in July 2025, LATAM will increase the frequency of its flights from São Paulo to several European cities:

The routes will be operated by the modern Boeing 787-9, with a capacity of 300 passengers (30 in Premium Business, 57 in Premium Economy, and 213 in Economy) or Boeing 777, with a capacity of 410 passengers (38 in Premium Business, 50 in Economy+, and 322 in Economy).
LATAM’s Growth in Brazil-United States Connection
The airline has also strengthened its presence in the United States with an increase in flight frequency to Orlando from São Paulo/Guarulhos, from 5 to 9 weekly flights starting in July 2025.
These flights will also be operated with Boeing 787-9 and Boeing 777 aircraft, ensuring greater capacity and comfort for passengers.
LATAM-Embratur Alliance to Boost Tourism
LATAM’s expansion is also aligned with its strategic alliance with the Brazilian Agency for International Tourism Promotion (Embratur). This collaboration aims to strengthen international air connectivity and promote Brazil as a tourist destination in key markets.
Marcelo Freixo, president of Embratur, highlighted the importance of this initiative: “LATAM is an ally of Brazilian tourism. This investment in expanding flights to Europe and the United States is in line with our promotional actions abroad, ensuring that the increase in frequencies brings more international tourists to Brazil.”
With this strategic expansion, LATAM not only reinforces its global presence but also boosts tourism and Brazil’s connectivity with the world, solidifying its position as the leading airline in the region.
