Starting May 5, Clic Air is doubling down on its commitment to national air connectivity with a strategic expansion of the Bogotá-Medellín-Bogotá route. The airline will operate more than 10 daily flights between the two cities, with departure times ranging from 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This expansion aims not only to increase frequency but to elevate the passenger experience with a focus on comfort, flexibility, and exclusive perks.
Efficient Terminals For a Seamless Travel Experience
Flights will depart from Bogotá’s Puente Aéreo terminal (T2) and Medellín’s Olaya Herrera Airport, both recognized for their streamlined infrastructure. These terminals allow for quick boarding and deplaning processes, ideal for travelers who prioritize efficiency and punctuality.
Isaac Herrera, Clic Air’s Director of Product and Sales, emphasized that this move “is not just about adding more flights,” but part of a comprehensive mobility solution designed around the real needs of travelers.

Free Pet Transport: An Added Bonus for Passengers
One of the most notable benefits is the option to fly with pets at no additional cost. This feature will be available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., from May 5 through July 16, 2025. It’s an initiative that reinforces the airline’s focus on providing a more human and passenger-friendly service.
The “Clicquetera”: Smart Savings for Frequent Travelers
Clic Air has also introduced the “Clicquetera,” a promotional bundle that includes nine one-way flights for $2,070,000 COP. These flights can be redeemed between May and December 2025, offering great value for frequent flyers along this route. The package will be available exclusively online, from April 24 to 30 or until sold out.
Flexibility Without Penalties: A Competitive Advantage
As part of its effort to enhance the user experience, the airline will waive penalties for rescheduling to an earlier flight on this route. Additionally, it will offer special incentives for frequent passengers, positioning itself as a strong alternative to traditional competitors who still enforce rigid policies.
New Regional Connections: Beyond Bogotá and Medellín
The increased flight frequency will also enable more efficient connections to other destinations. From Bogotá, travelers will find it easier to reach cities like Apartadó, while from Medellín, connections to Neiva will be improved. This solidifies Clic Air’s role as a key player in Colombia’s regional aviation landscape.
