Colombian state-owned airline Satena will discontinue its direct flights between Bogotá and Valencia (Venezuela) effective August 30, 2025. According to the company’s website, the last flight will depart from Bogotá on Friday, August 29.
Satena inaugurated this route in January 2024, offering two weekly flights—on Tuesdays and Fridays—using Embraer ERJ-145 aircraft, which have a capacity of 50 passengers.
Following Satena’s withdrawal, Turpial Airlines becomes the only carrier operating direct flights between Bogotá and Valencia. The Venezuelan airline maintains weekly services on Thursdays and Sundays.
