The Mexican airline Volaris has taken a further step in its customer loyalty strategy with the launch of its new rewards program: “Altitude by Volaris.” This system will reward passengers for every purchase made, turning each transaction into points that can be redeemed—either fully or partially—for future bookings.
How Does “Altitude by Volaris” Work?
The program is straightforward and designed to deliver real value. Every time a customer purchases a ticket or additional products on the airline’s website, they will earn Altitude points. These points can then be used for future purchases, whether to cover the full cost of a trip or just a portion of it.
The program applies to all 221 routes currently operated by Volaris, covering both domestic and international destinations. Whether it’s a flight within Mexico or abroad, every purchase adds benefits for the traveler.

Holger Blankenstein, Executive Vice President of Volaris, emphasized that the goal is to recognize customer loyalty with tangible rewards: “We want our customers to feel that every flight counts and that their preference is rewarded with tangible, useful benefits to keep traveling more and better with Volaris. We were the first to democratize the skies, and now we are committed to enhancing their experience and making this loyalty program their travel companion.”
Free and Hassle-Free Registration
One of the most appealing features of the program is its free registration. Interested travelers simply need to visit the airline’s official website (volaris.com) and join the program in just a few steps. No paid membership or complicated processes are required—it’s accessible to everyone.
A Program That “Simply Works”
“Altitude by Volaris” stands out for its practicality and its clear, useful rewards. Volaris continues to bet on strategies that improve its competitiveness while also enhancing the user experience. In an increasingly demanding market, personalization and direct rewards seem to be the way forward.
