Flybondi has announced its return to Paraguay with the launch of a new international route to Encarnación. Starting August 24, 2025, the airline will begin operating direct flights between Buenos Aires-Ezeiza and this Paraguayan city, with an initial frequency of four weekly flights.
First Regular Operation at Encarnación International Airport
This new destination marks a milestone for both Flybondi and Encarnación. It is the first time regular operations will be established at Tte. Amín Ayub International Airport, expanding the company’s regional presence and strengthening ties between Argentina and Paraguay.
Operating Schedule and Frequencies
In August, flights will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Starting in September, the frequency will be reduced to three weekly flights: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

- Buenos Aires → Encarnación
Departure: 17:00 — Arrival: 18:40
- Encarnación → Buenos Aires
Departure: 19:40 — Arrival: 21:25
Tickets are already available on Flybondi’s website with a promotional round-trip fare of $246,000.
Mauricio Sana, CEO of the company, highlighted the strategic importance of this route: “Returning to Paraguay was a long-standing goal, and making it a reality fills us with pride and joy. This new route will be key for more Paraguayans and Argentines to travel with the best fares in the market.”
Regional Expansion: Sixth International Destination
With Encarnación, Flybondi adds its sixth international destination. The airline already operates seven routes to Brazil:
From Buenos Aires to Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Florianópolis, Salvador de Bahía, and Maceió.
From Córdoba to Rio de Janeiro and Florianópolis.
