The company also finalized an order for 90 aircraft from Avolon, following shareholder approval for the lessor’s fleet expansion. This agreement strengthens the relationship with one of the industry’s most prominent lessors.
Furthermore, August saw the sale of seven A350-1000s to an unidentified customer, reinforcing this model’s presence in the long-haul segment.

Order Summary: 600 Accumulated in the Year
With these new contracts, Airbus has reached 600 gross orders in 2025. After accounting for cancellations, the net order total stands at 504 aircraft. This figure reflects robust demand, even in a market characterized by supply chain pressures.
Annual Target: 820 Deliveries
Airbus is maintaining its target of 820 deliveries for 2025, which would be a 7% increase over the 766 aircraft completed in 2024. To achieve this, the company is counting on an accelerated production pace towards the end of the year.
However, industry sources and analysts have warned that a record-breaking pace will be necessary in the coming months. Delays in engines and seats have impacted the production schedule, and pressure on the supply chain remains high.
