Korean Air has signed a new Special Prorate Agreement (SPA) with Condor Airlines, marking a significant step towards restoring seamless connectivity between South Korea and Germany. This collaboration represents the first agreement of its kind in over ten years for the South Korean carrier, with the goal of offering integrated domestic connections within Germany.
Start of Operations: November 1, 2025
Beginning November 1, 2025, passengers traveling with Korean Air between Incheon and Frankfurt will have easy access to an expanded network of German destinations thanks to Condor’s domestic infrastructure. In its initial phase, the agreement includes convenient connections from Frankfurt to three key cities: Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich.
Planned Expansion for Summer
The partnership does not stop at these three destinations. Korean Air and Condor plan to extend coverage to more cities within the German airline’s network during the upcoming summer season, further strengthening the connectivity offering between Asia and Europe.
Passenger Benefits: Comfort and Efficiency
One of the most notable aspects of the agreement is the possibility of checking baggage through to the final destination, provided the applicable fare conditions are met. This measure aims to improve the customer experience by reducing wait times and simplifying transit between international and domestic flights.
