Avianca concludes a pivotal year in its renewal process with improvements focused on comfort and connectivity. After announcing an investment exceeding 800 million dollars to strengthen its fleet and enhance the passenger experience, the airline launched the “More for Everyone” campaign, marking the beginning of a new stage in its product offering.

Business Class for Markets in Colombia, Ecuador, and Guatemala

Starting January 15, 2026, the company will introduce its Business Class Americas experience on 47 domestic routes in these three countries. With this expansion, the concept becomes integrated into its operations across the entire continent, providing a homogeneous service for those traveling within each market.

The launch includes ground adjustments designed to improve service. Notable among them is Insignia by Avianca Check-in, available at El Dorado Airport for Lifemiles Diamond and Concierge members. The renovation of the Diamond VIP Lounge for domestic flights is also progressing, and later, for international connections in Bogota.

Over the past year, Avianca expanded its network to more than 155 routes, connecting over 80 cities in more than 25 countries across the Americas and Europe. Recent additions include Guayaquil-Miami, Bogota-Belem, and Bogota-Monterrey, routes that accompany a 13% increase in the connectivity the airline provides to the region.
