The Brazilian manufacturer Embraer closed the fourth quarter with 91 aircraft delivered, significantly surpassing the performance of previous quarters and meeting its 2025 annual target. This reinforces its industrial and commercial solidity amid a context of high pressure on the global supply chain.

Why This Announcement Matters in Today’s Aviation Market

In a market where production capacity is as critical as demand, Embraer’s ability to accelerate deliveries and meet annual goals positions it as a reliable partner for airlines, executive operators, and armed forces. This is a significant fact: while many manufacturers are still adjusting their pace due to industrial bottlenecks, Embraer demonstrates operational consistency.

A Fourth Quarter Marking an Inflection Point

During 4Q25, Embraer delivered 91 aircraft, a significant improvement compared to 62 units in 3Q25 and 75 in 4Q24. This performance was key for the Brazilian manufacturer to reach its annual objective.

Commercial Aviation: The E195-E2 as the Star

In the commercial segment, Embraer delivered 32 new jets during the quarter. Of these, 15 were E195-E2s, the largest aircraft currently in production within its commercial portfolio.

The Commercial Aviation unit clearly surpassed the records of 3Q25 (20 deliveries) and 4Q24 (31 deliveries). For the cumulative year, the manufacturer delivered 78 commercial aircraft, aligning with its annual target of 77 to 85 units.

Beyond the numbers, the prominence of the E195-E2 reinforces Embraer’s bet on new-generation aircraft, focused on operational efficiency, lower seat costs, and a reduced environmental footprint—key factors for regional and short-to-medium-haul airlines.

Executive Aviation: Sustained Leadership and High Cadence

The executive jet business was once again one of the pillars of quarterly performance. Embraer delivered 53 aircraft in 4Q25, compared to 41 in 3Q25 and 44 in 4Q24.

The absolute standout was the Phenom 300, with 23 units delivered in the quarter. The model is not only the fastest light jet in production but has also maintained its market leadership for 13 consecutive years—a rare feat in a highly competitive segment.

For the full year 2025, the executive division reached 155 deliveries, landing at the upper end of its annual target (145–155), a clear signal of sustained demand and efficient industrial execution.

Defense & Security: Stability in Key Programs

In the Defense & Security area, Embraer delivered 2 KC-390 Millennium multi-mission military transport aircraft and 4 A-29 Super Tucanos during the quarter.

While the volume is lower compared to the other segments, these programs have long cycles and high strategic value, both in industrial and geopolitical terms.

Annual Balance: Growth Compared to the Previous Year

At the close of 2025, Embraer delivered a total of 244 aircraft across Commercial, Executive, and Defense & Security Aviation. This number represents a relevant leap from the 206 units delivered the previous year, confirming a year-on-year growth trajectory.

What Remains to Be Seen

The document does not detail the order backlog, financial margins, or projections beyond the achieved guidance—key aspects for evaluating the sustainability of the delivery pace in 2026. Nor does it delve deeply into the impact of the macroeconomic environment or the supply chain, points that warrant monitoring.

With a solid year-end close and execution aligned with its commitments, Embraer enters the next stage of the industrial cycle with strengthened credentials. The challenge now will be to maintain this pace, capitalize on the demand for efficiency, and consolidate its role as one of the most consistent manufacturers in the global aviation market.
