Lufthansa to Roll Out “Allegris” Experience on Singapore-Munich Route Starting in October

Lufthansa has announced the introduction of its highly anticipated “Allegris” experience on the route connecting Singapore and Munich, marking a strategic milestone for the airline in the Southeast Asian market. Effective October 26, 2026, passengers traveling on this key connection will enjoy a comprehensive transformation across all classes of service aboard Airbus A350 aircraft.

A New Era in Onboard Product

The introduction of Allegris represents Lufthansa’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the Singaporean market and optimizing connectivity between Asia and Europe via its Munich hub. This investment results in a complete renewal of the passenger experience:

  • First Class: The product is elevated with the addition of spacious suites designed to offer maximum privacy, featuring floor-to-ceiling walls and high-end dining options.
  • Business Class: A new suite concept debuts, ensuring direct aisle access from every seat, while integrating customizable configuration options and state-of-the-art technology.
  • Economy and Premium Economy Classes: Both cabins have been redesigned with enhanced ergonomic criteria, incorporating larger entertainment screens to maximize comfort on long-haul flights.

Synergy with the Future Onboard Experience (FOX) Program

Beyond the renewal of cabin hardware, the Allegris experience is complemented by the implementation of the Future Onboard Experience (FOX). This new service concept, backed by an investment exceeding 70 million euros in 2026, aims to define an unprecedented premium standard for the airline.

Brendan Shashoua, Senior Director of Sales for Southeast Asia and the Pacific, underscored the significance of this move: “Singapore is one of the most important nodes for Lufthansa in the Asia-Pacific region.” According to the company, this rollout not only improves service quality but also consolidates its commitment to operational excellence by offering personalized attention and exclusive moments that redefine the premium travel experience across all categories.

With this update, Lufthansa reinforces its competitive position on one of its flagship Asian routes, integrating cutting-edge technology and a service focus centered on passenger individualization.
