Copa Airlines to Boost Connectivity in Venezuela by Increasing Flights to Barcelona and Maracaibo

Panamanian carrier Copa Airlines has announced an increase in its operations to the cities of Barcelona and Maracaibo starting next August. This operational expansion will allow the company to consolidate its presence in the Venezuelan market and offer enhanced travel options.

Increased Frequencies on the Barcelona Route

Beginning August 2, Copa Airlines will add a new frequency to Barcelona, operating on Sundays. This new service will complement the airline’s current weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, bringing the total to 4 weekly frequencies.

Daily Flights to Maracaibo

Meanwhile, the route to Maracaibo will add a new weekly frequency starting August 8. With this addition, the capital of the state of Zulia will reach 7 weekly frequencies, meaning the airline will now offer a daily flight to this key city in western Venezuela.
