Commenting on the month’s performance, Victor Pacheco, CEO and founder of Arajet, stated in a press release:

“This milestone represents another major step forward in Arajet’s development since launching operations in 2022, consolidating our position as a leading player in Dominican commercial aviation. We are proving that a Dominican airline can compete head-to-head with major global carriers, tap into new markets, and help establish our country as a premier air transit hub in the Americas.”

Pacheco highlighted that the airline’s expansion strategy relies on broadening its route network, maintaining competitive low fares, and facilitating seamless transit for regional travelers via the Caribbean nation.

“Our commitment remains focused on strengthening nationwide connectivity, driving inbound tourism, and creating broader economic and commercial opportunities for the Dominican Republic. These figures underscore the enormous potential our country holds to establish itself as a primary aviation hub in the region,” the executive concluded.

Operational Outlook

Backed by these operational metrics, Arajet continues to expand its market share in the Dominican Republic, moving forward with its domestic fleet and route development plans, broadening its international network, and strengthening the country’s strategic role as an air connectivity hub for the Americas.
