New low-cost carrier Avelo Airlines announced that it will expand operations to four Florida destinations beginning November 3.
Avelo plans to launch nonstop flights from New Haven (Connecticut) to Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa and Fort Myers.

The airline said it will offer introductory fares starting at $59 each way.
“Connecticut told us it wanted more convenient and affordable options for flying to Florida, and we listened,” Avelo CEO Andrew Levy said in a statement.
