Singapore Airlines (SIA) customers will enjoy the airline industry’s most comprehensive free and unlimited Wi-Fi access starting July 1, 2023, when the service will be extended to all travelers in all cabin classes, including Premium Economy and Economy.
The enhanced service will be available on virtually the entire aircraft fleet and on nearly all of SIA’s global route network.
As a result, customers in all cabin classes will be able to stay connected with loved ones, work online or keep up with the latest news or their social networks, even at 36,000 feet.

To enjoy this service, customers must enter their KrisFlyer membership details at the point of booking through the Manage Booking online option, or at check-in. Non-KrisFlyer members may also sign up for their free membership online or on board their flight via the SIA digital content portal on their personal mobile devices to enjoy the complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi.
“In today’s world, high-speed in-flight Wi-Fi connectivity is one of the most important requirements for our customers. Giving them access to free unlimited Wi-Fi is another milestone in SIA’s ongoing effort to deliver an exceptional end-to-end travel experience,” said Yeoh Phee Teik, Senior Vice President, Customer Experience, Singapore Airlines.
The free unlimited Wi-Fi service is available on all aircraft except the seven Boeing 737-800 NGs.
