Ryanair has launched its highly anticipated summer schedule for 2025 for Barcelona, featuring a total of 69 routes and the addition of a new destination: Copenhagen, Denmark. With this expansion, the airline reinforces its commitment to travelers in the Catalan capital, offering more options for regular flights at low fares.
For the summer 2025 season, Ryanair will operate with 14 aircraft based in Barcelona, representing an investment of $1.4 billion. This deployment will support over 5,000 jobs, boosting the region’s economic development and strengthening its international connectivity.

Launch Promotion: Flights Starting from €19.99
To celebrate the launch of its summer schedule in Barcelona, Ryanair has introduced a special offer with fares starting from €19.99 for travel through the end of May. These promotional fares will be available until February 13 and can be booked exclusively on the airline’s website.
Elena Cabrera, Ryanair’s Country Manager for Spain, emphasized the importance of the new summer program: “Ryanair is pleased to announce the summer schedule for Barcelona, which includes an exciting new route to Copenhagen. This summer, Ryanair will operate a total of 69 routes, offering customers more options for memorable travel experiences during this incredible season.”
Reduction of Seats on Domestic Flights
Despite the growth in Barcelona, Ryanair has announced a reduction of 800,000 seats on its flights in Spain for the summer of 2025. This measure is due to what the airline describes as “excessive fees” and “false incentive plans” implemented by the airport operator AENA.
