Caribbean Airlines Boosts Trinidad-Miami Route with New Flights Starting in June
Caribbean Airlines announced that starting June 19, it will add a new frequency to its Trinidad-Miami route, operating twice a week. This expansion significantly enhances options for travelers seeking quick getaways, shopping opportunities, or visits with family and friends in one of the United States’ most popular destinations.
The new flights will depart from Port of Spain on Thursdays and Sundays at 18:25, arriving in Miami at 22:30. Return flights will leave Miami on Mondays and Fridays at 00:30, landing in Trinidad at 04:15.
This means the airline will offer two daily flights on two days of the week.
Caribbean Airlines CEO Garvin Medera explained the rationale behind the expansion: “At Caribbean Airlines, we are always looking for ways to meet our customers’ needs. When resources allow, we add capacity to popular routes to provide more options and flexibility. These additional flights to Miami are part of that commitment, and we are thrilled to offer even more travel opportunities, especially during the busy summer vacation period in July and August.”
With the Caribbean’s most extensive network, Caribbean Airlines continues to strengthen its regional presence. The introduction of these new flights reinforces its role as a key player in connecting the Caribbean with North America.
