Air France has taken another step in its continuous improvement strategy with the complete renovation of the SkyPriority check-in area at Terminal 2E in Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. This redesign aims to enhance comfort and efficiency for its most frequent and demanding customers.
Featuring a refreshed architecture and more spacious layout, the new area offers a smoother experience from the moment passengers arrive at the airport. Air France agents are available at all times to assist travelers during check-in, ensuring a seamless process.
Efficiency, Autonomy, and Dedicated Access
One of the key advancements is the optimized passenger flow, with clear guidance based on destinations. Notable improvements include an expanded self-service zone, which will feature automated doors starting November 2025. These doors will allow eligible customers to access the area autonomously, minimizing wait times.

Accessibility has also been prioritized: passengers with reduced mobility now benefit from dedicated lines, providing direct access to the relevant services. Additionally, an exclusive entrance and separate channels have been integrated for Flying Blue Ultimate members and those using Air France’s concierge service.
SkyPriority: Privileged Access Throughout the Journey
SkyPriority is the service that sets Air France’s frequent travelers apart. Reserved for Flying Blue Silver status members and above, as well as passengers traveling in La Première, Business, and Premium cabins, it grants priority access to ground services at every stage of the journey.
From check-in to boarding, including baggage drop-off and security checks, SkyPriority ensures preferential treatment. The service’s logo is displayed on boarding passes and airport signage, visually guiding passengers through a faster and more efficient process.
This redesign not only modernizes the physical infrastructure but also reflects Air France’s strategy to solidify its position as a premium airline, valuing the time and comfort of its most loyal passengers.
