JetBlue and Condor have announced an expansion of their partnership agreement, with a clear focus on adding value and flexibility for travelers. Starting now, members of the TrueBlue loyalty program will be able to earn and redeem points on flights operated by the German airline.
Edward Pouthier, Vice President of Loyalty and Personalization at JetBlue, emphasized: “Expanding our loyalty partnerships is a key part of how we deliver greater value to our customers. Through this collaboration with Condor, TrueBlue members now have more ways to turn their loyalty into meaningful travel experiences.”
Condor: A Strategic Partner Since 2015
The German airline, which connects travelers to more than 70 destinations worldwide, maintains its position as a leader in the leisure travel market. From the United States, it operates nonstop flights to Frankfurt from nine key airports: New York (JFK), Boston, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Las Vegas, Portland, and Anchorage.
Through its Frankfurt hub, passengers can easily access top European tourist destinations such as Paris, Berlin, Rome, Hamburg, Munich, Milan, Prague, Vienna, and Zurich.

Tangible Benefits for Frequent Travelers
The integration of Condor flights into the TrueBlue program opens new possibilities for those who frequently travel across the Atlantic. David Carlisle, Vice President of Network Planning and Partnerships at Condor, highlighted that this move “adds significant value by offering another attractive option for frequent travelers, complementing existing alliances and enhancing the appeal of our European network.”
Additionally, Condor is preparing for a major logistical step: its move to the new Terminal 6 at New York’s JFK Airport next year, located right next to JetBlue’s Terminal 5. This physical relocation will further strengthen operational cooperation between the two airlines.
Broader Access from JetBlue’s Key Hubs
With this enhanced alliance, TrueBlue members will have greater freedom when planning their trips from JetBlue’s focus cities in the U.S. Northeast, primarily New York (JFK) and Boston.
Travelers can:
- Book award flights operated by Condor.
- Redeem TrueBlue points on these routes.
- Earn points by adding their membership number when booking directly on jetblue.com or through the JetBlue mobile app.
