Avelo Airlines announced this Wednesday the addition of Indianapolis and Cleveland to its destination network, establishing direct connections with New Haven and Charlotte/Concord. With this expansion, the company positions itself as the only airline operating non-stop routes in these four specific markets, offering promotional fares starting at $39.
According to Andrew Levy, Founder and CEO of the company, these new routes provide travelers in Central Indiana and Northeast Ohio with greater value and travel options, demonstrating the company’s commitment to network growth and service reliability.

Avelo Airlines will operate these services using Boeing 737 Next Generation aircraft. The operational launch schedule is defined as follows:
From Indianapolis
- To New Haven: Starts June 18, 2026, with two weekly frequencies (Thursdays and Sundays).
- To Charlotte/Concord: Starts June 18, 2026, with two weekly frequencies (Thursdays and Sundays).
From Cleveland
- To New Haven: Starts June 19, 2026, with two weekly frequencies (Fridays and Mondays).
- To Charlotte/Concord: Starts June 19, 2026, with two weekly frequencies (Fridays and Mondays).
Trajectory and Reach of Avelo Airlines
Since its launch in April 2021, the airline has experienced sustained growth in the U.S. market. To date, it has transported more than nine million passengers on a total of 72,000 flights.
With these new additions, Avelo’s network reaches 32 destinations distributed across 12 U.S. states and Puerto Rico, consolidating its business model based on the convenience of secondary airports and competitive fares.
